Hey guys, welcome to our dealer distributor page. This is CryoFX. Thank you for your interest in becoming a dealer or distributor. I want to give you a little bit of information regarding the process here so that you’re aware of how this works.
The Application Process
We have application forms which you need to fill and submit. These forms are available on our website. When you complete those forms and submit them to us, we carry out reviews on them. We may do our due diligence and research to find out a little bit more about you. After this, we will have additional information on bringing you on board if you qualify.
Who Can Work With Us?
We work with many different types of companies, from installers and construction companies to engineering companies and builders. We also work with gear stores and online portals. The list is very broad and really that is up to our admissions department if you will to review the application and determine if you’re a good fit for our brand.
Are First-Time Order Clients Eligible To Become Dealer?
We understand that the majority of the people who come on board or that have interest in becoming a dealer or distributor have an initial order. We do have specific pricing for those interested and that is going to be separate. Just because you have a one-time order does not mean that we’re going to offer dealer distributorship.
This is to avoid situations in which people place one-time orders, and then we never hear from them again. I would hope everybody understands that we are not trying to be harsh here, but realistic. Having done business for about 10 years, we realize that a lot of inquiries that are just that.
Therefore, in order to accommodate all our clients and keep our business viable at the same time, we actually have come up with a system that helps us achieve both requirements. How Long Does It Take To Process My Application to Become a Dealer?
Depending on processing times, it may take anything from a week to three weeks. However this all depends on our review team and who will be doing the review.
Another factor is what length and extent we are doing the review. Again, if you have an initial order that you’re looking for a discount on, but you also want to be a dealer and distributor, that’s something that we can accommodate. We’ll also process your order while your dealer distributor packet is getting processed.
