• Orders will only be shipped to the confirmed address listed on your order

CryoFX® Shipping Advisory:

CryoFX® elects to ship all products with the standard available shipping agencies, titled "Agencies" (Fedex® UPS® DHL® USPS®). CryoFX® cannot and does not guarantee the delivery timeframe, method of delivery, or any other shipping related service or option avialable whether booked, quoted, or already paid for offered by these Agencies. These Agencies operate separately from CryoFX®. Once CryoFX® hands over posession of any package to these Agencies for shipment to the customer, CryoFX® releases all control and responsibility of the package released to the shipping agency. It is at this point the shipping agency takes full control and responsibility of the package(s) to ensure they arrive in the same condition, undamaged, in working order, and on time bound by the contracted shipping service purchased. If there is an issue with the package in its arrival such as a late package, damaged package, non-working item without damage to exterior of package, or lost package, this is the fault and issue of the carrier delivering the package and not CryoFX®. CryoFX® at their sole discretion may assist in facilitating the claim with the shipping agency on your behalf, however generally these claims are required to be filed by the receiver inclusive of photos, details, and additional information provided by you, the receiver.

Current Covid & Holiday Updates

As stated from the carriers themselves, UPS® and FedEx® are not guaranteeing delivery of the products on time from October 18, 2021 and November 1, 2021 forward respectively. This is for any service including overnight, 2 day, 3 day, and ground, regardless of the name of the service. As these companies are not guraranteeing any money back for claims made due to the delay or late delivery of the shipments routed through them, we must advise you to take into consideration this information when placing an order as should you need your order expedited, considering our special operating schedule and shipping details listed herein, listed on our site, and the details listed on UPS® and FedEx® websites, we advise you to plan accordingly when placing your order for timing and delivery purposes.

 

CryoFX® Shipping:

When will my order be shipped?
Orders that are placed and paid (with a cleared payment) before 12pm PST will be processed the same day, except Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will process on the following Monday (or Tuesday should Monday be a holiday - all holidays observed). Orders normally ship within 3-9 business days unless an item is backordered or one item within the package is delayed. (Due to material shortages post pandemic many supply chains are affected therefore affect all suppliers and sellers downstream.) Orders ship Monday through Thursday during warehouse days. Currently CryoFX® warehouse operations commence 2 times per week. Warehouse days are not specifically set as these are tailored to orders quantity and type for that week. Should any expected major delay, custom inquiry, or backorder occur, you will be notified at once with updated information.

Will my order ship together? (Split Shipments)
All multi-piece orders will ship together. Therefore, if one piece is backordered, the entire order will wait to ship when the backordered item is available. If you wish to split ship your order, CryoFX® will need to be notified by you, the customer, of your decision to do so. This may incur additional shipping charges which you will be notified of at the time of discussion. 

Can I have my order placed, first, or ahead of the line?
As to remain fair to all customers, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. We do offer the option to have your order bumped to the front of the line at a cost of 25% of your order total. This is separate from upgraded shipping and applies to all orders from CryoFX®. If you wish to exercise this option, please contact a sales rep to inform them of your choice to include this. Orders requested to be worked over the weekend are subject to a $400 after-hours charge per day, separate from any overtime or other charges which may apply. 

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?
For your security and to maintain the "Buyer Protection" plan offered we are required by both eBay and Paypal to ship to the confirmed address listed on your received order only and are unable to make an address change.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do offer International shipping to almost all locations worldwide for most items! For details and shipping rates please see the shipping tab within the item listing.

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped tracking information will be updated via eBay and sent via email to the email address provided with your order. Emails containing tracking information are usually sent by 11:59pm PST each day. 

Can you mark the item as a "Gift" to help me avoid taxes?
We are unable to falsify invoice pricing or mark items as a "Gift" to circumvent International taxes/duties. The declared value of the package will be listed as the purchase price only.

Why was order shipped to an incorrect address in Kentucky?
Your initial shipping address may be shown as 1850 Airport Exchange Blvd., Erlanger, KY if your order is being shipped using eBay's Global Shipping Program. Rest assured that this is normal and that we do we have your correct destination shipping address on file. The address in Kentucky is a hub for the Global Shipping Program. All packages must first go to this address and then are routed to the proper shipping addresses provided. Once your package has departed the Kentucky hub you will receive an updated tracking number that will allow you to monitor the progress of your package until it has reached its final destination.

Will I have to pay Import taxes on an International order?
International shipments may incur taxes, duties or brokerage fees prior to final delivery Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, VAT's and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge and CryoFX® is not to be held liable for any such additional charges or delays caused by International customs. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

General Shipping Info
• Unless otherwise noted, Free shipping is available to customers located in the 48 Lower U.S. States only when this option is available, otherwise all shipping is charged.
• Express shipping services are available on most Domestic orders for an additional fee.
• All domestic PO Box Addresses will be shipped using the USPS.
• We ship using multiple carriers such as UPS, Fedex and USPS.
• CryoFX® reserves the right to ship orders that qualify for Free Shipping through the carrier of our choice.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
You will be held liable for return shipping (if applicable), duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees when any of the following circumstances occur. Your package will be abandoned and you will be billed for any additional fees. Absolutely no refunds will be issued.
• You refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason.
• The carrier makes 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts to your address because you are not at home and/or do not pay duties/taxes.
• You provided an invalid/incorrect address.
• Your parcel is returned by customs because your merchandise is restricted from import into your country.
• You refuse to pay duties and taxes.

 

CryoFX® Returns: 

• NO Returns, All sales are final.
• Exchange or merchandise credit available on orders damaged during shipping
• Exchanges available within 15 days of receipt.
• Merchandise exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receipt
• Domestic buyers pay return transportation expense
• International buyers pay all transportation expenses including taxes, duties, brokerage fees, etc. on exchanges
• Shipping charges, taxes, duties, etc. are non-refundable
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt
• All damage returns require an RMA# which can be obtained via telephone or eBay message
• Product must be in "resalable as new" condition to qualify for an exchange
• Items returned in "resalable as new" condition are eligible for exchange less the original shipping expense incurred
• Items originally offered with "Free Shipping" will have the initial shipping cost incurred and charged before exchange is initiated

Special Exceptions
The following items are ineligible for return and will be sent back at your expense if received by CryoFX:
• Items returned without all original packaging and components, including the retail box, manuals, cables, etc.
• Items used, showing signs of use, or in non-resalable condition.

15-Day Exchange Period on most items! You have a full fifteen days from the date your merchandise is purchased to qualify for an exchange. The items must be back in the possession of CryoFX within the allotted 15 day period. The product must be in a non-damaged, never used, resalable condition to qualify for an exchange. The customer is responsible for all transportation costs associated with returning the item back to CryoFX. In the event that the item is defective, DOA or received in a damaged condition and is proven to be so, a return label may be issued to U.S. customers located within the 48 contiguous states only*. For exchanges of damaged, defective or DOA items within the 48 contiguous U.S. States CryoFX will pay for shipping of the new item back to the customer*. Please read the full return policy below for specific details.

Exceptions to the Exchange Policy
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Special orders are not exchangeable or refundable.

Restocking Fees
A restocking fee up to 35% will be charged on opened boxes missing a material that is not returned back in "Like New" and re-salable condition. A restocking fee greater than 35% may be charged on items found with missing materials, scratches, fingerprints, or in any condition which warrants item unavailable for “resalable as new” condition, at the sole discretion of CryoFX. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged at which point it is eligible for an exchange of the same item.

Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged, defective and DOA items will be exchanged for the same item that was originally purchased. Defective, damaged and DOA items can be exchanged for a working unit with no restocking fee. In the event that an item is received as defective,
