How it works
The system operates as a 3-component gravity-assisted pump network to automatically maintain fluid levels. The FlowBase Station (ground unit) houses the 25L fluid reservoir and pump, with an LCD control panel that monitors the system and triggers fluid delivery automatically when the overhead distribution point runs low. The FlowHub (overhead distribution unit) mounts above all connected machines and receives fluid from the FlowBase Station via a single supply line. It acts as the central distribution point, feeding fluid down to each machine's FlowTank (external satellite tank) via individual fluid lines. Each FlowTank plugs into power and auto-fills the machine's internal reservoir on demand.
Positioning and height rules
Getting the system right starts with layout planning before a single hose is run.
The FlowHub must be the highest point in the entire system. It needs to sit at least 1.5 feet above every FlowTank and fog machine connected to it. The FlowBase Station (with its reservoir and pump) must be at the lowest point, placed on the floor or ground level.
Max vertical distance from the FlowBase Station up to the FlowHub: 25 meters (82 feet). Max horizontal distance from the FlowHub out to any individual FlowTank: 40 meters (131 feet). Max hose length from a FlowTank to its fog machine: 3 feet. Keep this short; exceeding it degrades delivery.
Position your FlowHub centrally relative to all the machines it will serve. This keeps individual FlowTank run lengths as short and equal as possible, which balances fluid delivery across the system.

Compatible fluid types
The system carries one fluid type at a time. Do not mix fluids in the reservoir. Compatible with standard water-based fog fluid, haze fluid, snow fluid, and bubble fluid.
No-fluid protection
The FlowBase Station's software-based fluid sensor monitors flow through the supply line. If the pump runs dry for approximately 1 minute, it automatically shuts off and displays a warning, protecting the pump from damage. Refill the reservoir and either disable the sensor in the menu or power cycle the unit to clear the warning.
Safety notes
Indoor use only. Do not expose to rain or moisture. The FlowHub must remain level when mounted (a built-in level indicator assists with this). Always use a safety cable when rigging the FlowHub. Do not mount on flammable surfaces. Do not connect to a dimmer or rheostat. Max ambient operating temperature: 40°C (104°F). Drain all tanks before transport.
