CryoFX® Custom Logo Submission Requirements

To ensure your custom logo produces the highest quality finished product, please review the artwork requirements below before submitting your files. Meeting these guidelines helps eliminate production delays, additional artwork charges, and unnecessary revisions.


Maximum Logo Size for Handheld Cryo Guns / CO2 Cannons

Your artwork must fit within the maximum printable area of:

7" Wide × 1.5" High

Artwork may be scaled down to fit this area while maintaining its original proportions.



Maximum Logo Size for LED Cryo Guns / LED CO2 Cannons

Your artwork must fit within the maximum printable area of:

12" Wide × 3" High

Artwork may be scaled down to fit this area while maintaining its original proportions.


Preferred File Formats

For the best results, we strongly recommend submitting vector artwork in one of the following formats:

  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • EPS
  • SVG
  • Vector PDF

Vector artwork provides the cleanest edges and allows for accurate production without any loss of quality.

Acceptable Raster Formats

If vector artwork is unavailable, we can accept:

  • PNG
  • PSD
  • TIFF
  • High-resolution JPG (original artwork only)

Raster artwork must be:

  • Minimum 300 DPI
  • Submitted at or above its final print size
  • Sharp and free from pixelation or compression artifacts

Artwork Quality

Please ensure your logo:

  • Is at least 300 DPI
  • Has clean, sharp edges
  • Is not blurry or pixelated
  • Has good contrast
  • Contains no watermarks
  • Has not been enlarged from a smaller image

Fonts

If submitting vector artwork:

  • Convert all fonts to outlines.
  • Embed any linked graphics.
  • Do not submit files with missing fonts.

Fine Details

Very small text, thin lines, intricate gradients, and highly detailed artwork may not reproduce accurately during manufacturing.

Simplified artwork generally produces the highest quality finished product.

Backgrounds

Whenever possible, submit artwork with a transparent background.

Avoid:

  • White boxes around logos
  • Colored backgrounds
  • Screenshots
  • Photos of printed logos

Artwork We Cannot Accept

The following typically do not provide sufficient quality for production:

  • Screenshots
  • Website images
  • Social media profile pictures
  • Photos taken with a phone
  • Images copied from Google
  • Low-resolution JPG files
  • Business card photographs
  • Images under 300 DPI

Artwork Ownership

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the logo or have permission from the copyright or trademark owner to reproduce it.

Artwork Review

All submitted artwork is reviewed prior to production.

If your artwork does not meet our production standards, we will contact you with available options. Minor adjustments may be performed when possible. Artwork requiring recreation, extensive cleanup, vector conversion, or redesign may be subject to additional artwork charges.

Best Results

For the fastest turnaround and highest quality finished product, submit your logo as an AI, EPS, SVG, or Vector PDF with all fonts converted to outlines. This allows us to move directly into production with little or no artwork preparation.

Email your custom logo as a REPLY EMAIL to your order confirmation email so we know to assign that logo to your order specifically.
